# Ingredients:

01 - 1 small onion, sliced.
02 - 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped.
03 - 1 lb ground meat (chicken or Italian sausage).
04 - 4 quarts chicken stock.
05 - 2 cups heavy cream.
06 - 1½ cups tomato preserves.
07 - 8 lasagna noodles, broken into pieces.
08 - 1 tsp Italian seasoning blend.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated.
11 - 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded.
12 - Fresh basil or parsley for garnish.
13 - Red pepper flakes to taste (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
02 - Brown ground meat, breaking into small pieces.
03 - Remove excess fat if needed.
04 - Add onion and garlic, cook 3-4 minutes until translucent.
05 - Pour in chicken stock, heavy cream, and tomato preserves.
06 - Add Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
07 - Bring to a gentle boil.
08 - Add broken lasagna noodles.
09 - Simmer 10-12 minutes until noodles are tender.
10 - Reduce heat, stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
11 - Add mozzarella cheese and stir until combined.
12 - Serve garnished with fresh herbs and optional red pepper flakes.
