In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper (if using). Add the salmon cubes to the marinade, tossing to coat evenly. Let the salmon marinate for at least 10 minutes.

In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the honey, hot sauce, and lime juice. Stir until well mixed and slightly warm. Remove from heat and set aside.

Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the marinated salmon cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket, making sure they aren’t overcrowded. Air fry the salmon bites for 7-9 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the salmon is cooked through and slightly crispy on the edges.

Transfer the salmon bites to a serving plate and drizzle with the hot honey sauce. Serve immediately with extra hot honey on the side for dipping.
