# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 plain bagels

→ Sauce

02 - 4 tablespoons pizza sauce

→ Cheese

03 - 90-115 grams mozzarella cheese, shredded

→ Toppings

04 - 16 slices pepperoni
05 - Additional toppings of choice, as desired

# Instructions:

01 - Slice the bagels evenly in half to create four open-faced pieces.
02 - Spread pizza sauce generously over each bagel half, ensuring thorough coverage.
03 - Distribute shredded mozzarella evenly across each piece. Top with pepperoni and any additional preferred toppings.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 193°C.
05 - Place prepared bagels in the air fryer basket in a single layer, avoiding overlap.
06 - Cook for 4 to 7 minutes, or until cheese is bubbling and golden brown.
07 - Allow to cool for one minute before serving warm.
