Crispy Air Fryer Pasta Chips (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base Ingredients

01 - 2 cups cooked pasta of choice (Barilla Rigatone recommended)
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - ½ cup finely grated Parmesan cheese

→ Seasonings

04 - ½ teaspoon garlic powder
05 - ½ teaspoon onion powder
06 - ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
07 - ½ teaspoon dried oregano
08 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to package instructions until al dente (about 12 minutes). Drain and transfer to a large bowl.
02 - Add olive oil, all seasonings, and Parmesan cheese to the pasta. Mix well until evenly combined.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 390°F (198°C) for 2 minutes.
04 - Spread seasoned pasta in an even layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 390°F for 6 minutes.
05 - Stir or shake the pasta, then cook for an additional 1-3 minutes until golden and crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure all pasta pieces are similar in size for even cooking. Avoid using broken pieces.
02 - Watch closely during final minutes of cooking to achieve desired crispiness without making them too hard.
