Air Fryer Egg Rolls (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 1 lb ground pork or chicken.
03 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
04 - 1 tablespoon grated ginger.
05 - 1 carrot, shredded.
06 - 3 scallions, chopped.
07 - 3 cups shredded cabbage.
08 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce.
09 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar.
10 - 12 egg roll wrappers.
11 - Oil for brushing.

# Instructions:

01 - Cook meat 6-8 minutes, add vegetables and seasonings, cook 3-4 minutes more until cabbage wilts.
02 - Remove from heat and let filling cool.
03 - Place 1/4 cup filling in wrapper, wet edges, fold and roll into cylinder.
04 - Place in air fryer basket without stacking, brush with oil. Cook at 350°F for 6-7 minutes, flip, oil again, cook 4-5 minutes more.

# Notes:

01 - Can be pan-fried instead.
02 - Filling can be made ahead.
03 - Don't stack while cooking.
