Crispy Air Fryer Cod (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound cod filets
02 - Salt and pepper to taste

→ Breading Station

03 - 1/2 cup flour
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 1/2 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 cup Panko breadcrumbs
07 - 1/2 cup grated parmesan
08 - 2 teaspoons old bay seasoning
09 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
10 - Olive oil spray as needed

# Instructions:

01 - Season cod filets with salt and pepper.
02 - Set up three bowls: first with flour, second with whisked eggs and salt, third with combined Panko, parmesan, old bay seasoning, and garlic powder.
03 - Coat each cod filet first in flour, then egg mixture, and finally in the Panko mixture.
04 - Spray air fryer basket with olive oil. Cook fish at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip, then cook 3-5 more minutes until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees.
