Air Fryer Chicken Tenders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups buttermilk.
02 - 1 lemon, juiced.
03 - 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon kosher salt.
04 - 1 teaspoon black pepper.
05 - 1.5-2 lbs chicken breasts.
06 - 3 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1.5 tablespoons baking powder.
08 - 1.5 tablespoons garlic powder.
09 - 1.5 tablespoons paprika.
10 - Cooking spray.
11 - Parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray.
02 - Mix buttermilk, lemon juice, 1 tablespoon salt, and pepper.
03 - Slice chicken into 1/2-inch strips, marinate 1 hour to overnight.
04 - Mix flour, baking powder, seasonings. Stir in 1/4 cup marinade for lumps.
05 - Coat chicken strips in flour mixture, place in air fryer basket.
06 - Air fry at 350°F for 6 minutes per side until 165°F internal temp.
07 - Garnish with parsley, serve with BBQ sauce.
