Air Fryer Chicken Ham Wraps (Print version)

Crispy Air Fryer Chicken Ham Wraps with cooked chicken, deli ham, Swiss cheese, and honey mustard tucked inside golden tortillas.

# Ingredients:

For the wraps

01 - 4 large flour tortillas, 10-inch size
02 - 2 cups (280 g) cooked shredded chicken
03 - 4 thin slices deli ham, about 4 oz (115 g)
04 - 4 slices Swiss cheese, about 4 oz (115 g)
05 - 2 tablespoons honey mustard
06 - 1 tablespoon mayonnaise or plain Greek yogurt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
08 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
10 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
11 - Olive oil spray or 2 teaspoons olive oil for brushing

For serving

12 - Extra honey mustard or ranch dressing, optional
13 - Pickles or sliced cucumbers, optional

# Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, stir together the cooked chicken, honey mustard, mayonnaise, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. The filling should be lightly coated and easy to spoon.
02 - Microwave the tortillas for 10-15 seconds or warm them in a dry skillet until flexible. This helps prevent cracking when you roll them.
03 - Place one slice of ham in the center of each tortilla. Add about 1/2 cup chicken mixture, then top with one slice of Swiss cheese.
04 - Fold in the sides of each tortilla and roll into a snug wrap. Place each one seam-side down and spray or brush the outside lightly with oil.
05 - Preheat the air fryer to 380°F if your model requires it. Arrange the wraps in a single layer and air fry for 6-8 minutes, turning once, until golden and crisp with melted cheese inside.
06 - Let the wraps rest for 2 minutes, then slice in half. Serve hot with extra honey mustard, ranch, pickles, or a simple salad.

# Good to know:

01 - Use cooked chicken, such as rotisserie chicken, leftover chicken breast, or cooked chicken tenders.
02 - If assembling from cold, add 1-2 minutes to the air fryer time.
03 - Best served right away while the tortilla is crisp.
