Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Cook chicken at 380°F for 8 minutes, flip, then 3 more minutes until golden brown. Work in batches if needed.

Chop and wash lettuce. Combine with dressing, cheese, and croutons in a large bowl.

Place ½ cup caesar salad and 3-4 chicken strips on each tortilla. Fold bottom over filling, then sides, and roll up tightly.
