Air Fryer Crispy Chicken Caesar Wraps (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Coating

01 - 8 ounces boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into strips
02 - 2 eggs
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour
04 - ¼ cup cornstarch
05 - 3 tablespoons Nature's Seasoning (seasoned salt)

→ Salad and Assembly

06 - ¼ cup light Caesar dressing
07 - ¼ cup shredded parmesan cheese
08 - ½ cup croutons
09 - 1 head of romaine lettuce
10 - 4 (8-inch) tortillas

# Instructions:

01 - Mix flour, cornstarch, and seasoning in a shallow bowl. Beat eggs in a separate bowl.
02 - Dredge each chicken strip in flour mixture, then egg, then flour mixture again for an even coating.
03 - Spray air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Cook chicken at 380°F for 8 minutes, flip, then 3 more minutes until golden brown. Work in batches if needed.
04 - Chop and wash lettuce. Combine with dressing, cheese, and croutons in a large bowl.
05 - Place ½ cup caesar salad and 3-4 chicken strips on each tortilla. Fold bottom over filling, then sides, and roll up tightly.

01 - Spray chicken with cooking spray before air frying for extra crispiness
02 - Chicken should reach 165°F internal temperature
