Air Fryer Chicken and Broccoli (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound chicken breast (boneless and skinless) or chicken thighs, cut into 1-inch pieces
02 - 1/2 pound broccoli, cut into florets
03 - 1/2 medium onion, thickly sliced

→ Marinade

04 - 3 tablespoons olive oil
05 - 1 tablespoon fresh minced ginger
06 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
07 - 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce (or Tamari for gluten-free)
08 - 1 tablespoon rice vinegar (or distilled white vinegar for gluten-free)
09 - 1 teaspoon sesame oil
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 2 teaspoons honey
12 - 1 teaspoon hoisin sauce
13 - Salt and ground black pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all marinade ingredients together in a bowl.
02 - Place chicken in one bowl and broccoli with onion in another. Split the marinade between both bowls and coat all ingredients evenly.
03 - Preheat air fryer to 380°F. Place chicken in a single layer in the air fryer basket and cook for 10 minutes.
04 - Add marinated broccoli and onions to the chicken. Continue air frying for 8-11 minutes, stirring halfway through, until chicken is fully cooked.
