Crispy tortilla wedges filled with garlic butter, mozzarella, and parmesan, cooked fast in the air fryer.

# Ingredients:

For the garlic butter

01 - 3 tablespoons (42 g) unsalted butter, softened
02 - 2 cloves garlic, finely grated or minced
03 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley, plus more for serving
05 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
06 - 1/8 teaspoon fine salt
07 - Pinch of black pepper

For the tortillas

08 - 2 large 8-inch flour tortillas
09 - 1/2 cup (55 g) shredded low-moisture mozzarella
10 - 3 tablespoons (15 g) grated parmesan cheese
11 - Pinch of red pepper flakes, optional
12 - Marinara or ranch, for dipping, optional

# Instructions:

01 - Stir the softened butter, garlic, garlic powder, parsley, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper together in a small bowl until smooth.
02 - Spread about half of the garlic butter in a thin layer over one tortilla. Sprinkle with mozzarella and parmesan, then place the second tortilla on top.
03 - Brush or spread the remaining garlic butter lightly over the top tortilla. Add a pinch of red pepper flakes if you want a little heat.
04 - Preheat the air fryer to 375°F if your model requires it. Place the tortilla stack in the basket and cook for 5-7 minutes, until the edges are crisp and the cheese is melted.
05 - Let the tortilla garlic bread rest for 1 minute, then slice into wedges. Sprinkle with extra parsley and serve hot with marinara or ranch if desired.

# Good to know:

01 - Best served hot, right after air frying.
02 - Use a small air fryer rack for the first 2 minutes if the top tortilla lifts.
03 - Reheat leftovers at 325°F for 2-3 minutes.
