Air Fryer Cheeseburger Wraps (Print Version)

Tortillas packed with beef, cheese, and pickles, then air fried for a fast, golden, satisfying main dish.

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 454 grams ground beef
02 - 4 large (25 cm) flour tortillas
03 - 4 slices American cheese

→ Condiments & Toppings

04 - 15 milliliters mayonnaise
05 - 15 milliliters ketchup
06 - 16 pickle slices
07 - 15 milliliters melted butter

→ Seasonings

08 - 2.5 milliliters salt
09 - 2.5 milliliters ground black pepper
10 - 15 milliliters garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large pan over medium heat. Add ground beef and season with salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the beef is fully browned with no pink remaining. Remove from heat and set aside.
02 - Place tortillas on a microwave-safe plate, cover them with a damp paper towel, and microwave for 20–25 seconds until flexible.
03 - Spread a thin layer of mayonnaise and ketchup over each tortilla. Top each with 4 pickle slices, 1 slice of American cheese, and approximately 120 grams cooked beef. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to form a wrap.
04 - Brush the tops of the wraps with melted butter to promote golden crispness.
05 - Preheat air fryer to 193°C. Arrange wraps in a single layer and air fry for 5 minutes until golden brown. Optionally, brush with additional melted butter after cooking.
06 - Allow wraps to cool for a few minutes before cutting in half, if desired. Serve while warm.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispness, avoid overcrowding the air fryer basket and rotate wraps if necessary.
