# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 1 lb skinless salmon filets, cut into 1-inch cubes
02 - 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
03 - 1 tablespoon brown sugar
04 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon salt
06 - 1 teaspoon black pepper
07 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes

→ Bang Bang Sauce

08 - 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
09 - 1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
10 - 1.5 teaspoons honey
11 - 1.5 teaspoons lemon juice
12 - 1 teaspoon sriracha (or more for extra spice)
13 - 1 tablespoon water (adjust for desired consistency)

# Instructions:

01 - Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl or shake in a mason jar until well combined. Refrigerate until ready to use. Add more water if needed to reach desired consistency.
02 - Preheat your air fryer to 400°F. In a small bowl, mix together paprika, brown sugar, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
03 - Pat salmon cubes dry with paper towels. Place in a bowl, spray with cooking spray, then toss with the seasoning mix until evenly coated.
04 - Spray air fryer basket with cooking spray. Place seasoned salmon bites in a single layer and cook for 5-7 minutes, tossing halfway, until salmon is cooked through but still moist.
