3 Ingredient Banana Bread (Print Version)

01 - 1½ cups mashed bananas (very ripe)
02 - ¾ cup coconut condensed milk (or regular condensed milk)
03 - 1½ cups self-rising flour, sifted

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a 7x4-inch loaf pan with parchment paper and grease it.
02 - Whisk mashed bananas and condensed milk together in a large bowl until well combined.
03 - Gently stir in the sifted self-rising flour until just combined. Don't overmix.
04 - Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, until a skewer comes out mostly clean.
05 - Let bread cool completely in the pan before slicing.
