Cranberry Pecan Clusters (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups white chocolate chips.
02 - 1 cup dried cranberries.
03 - 1 cup pecans, roughly chopped.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt (optional).

Instructions:

01 - In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring between each interval until fully melted and smooth.
02 - Stir in the chopped pecans, dried cranberries, vanilla extract, and salt (if using) until everything is well coated with the melted white chocolate.
03 - Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto the sheet, forming clusters of desired size.
04 - Let the clusters set at room temperature for about 1 hour, or refrigerate for 15-20 minutes to speed up the setting process.
05 - Once firm, serve and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.

Notes:

01 - Adding a pinch of salt enhances the sweetness of the white chocolate and balances the tartness of the cranberries for a perfect sweet-and-salty flavor.
02 - Can be refrigerated for quick setting if needed.
