Fudge (Print Version)
Ingredients:

14 ounces (396 grams) sweetened condensed milk.

3 cups (510 grams) white chocolate chips.

4 tablespoons (56 grams) butter.

1 cup (120 grams) chopped pecans.

1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract.

1/2 cup (120 ml) room temperature caramel sauce.
Instructions:

In a medium glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.

Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds.

Stir to mix, then heat again for 15 more seconds if needed until mostly smooth with a few unmelted chocolate pieces.

Mix in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.

On a parchment-lined tray, scoop and spread the mixture to about 1-inch thick.

Drizzle with room temperature caramel sauce and lightly swirl using a knife or spatula.

Chill the fudge until set.

Once ready, slice into 1-inch squares.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
