Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 14 ounces (396 grams) sweetened condensed milk.
02 - 3 cups (510 grams) white chocolate chips.
03 - 4 tablespoons (56 grams) butter.
04 - 1 cup (120 grams) chopped pecans.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon (2.5 ml) vanilla extract.
06 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) room temperature caramel sauce.

Instructions:

01 - In a medium glass bowl, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter.
02 - Microwave the mixture for 90 seconds.
03 - Stir to mix, then heat again for 15 more seconds if needed until mostly smooth with a few unmelted chocolate pieces.
04 - Mix in vanilla extract and chopped pecans.
05 - On a parchment-lined tray, scoop and spread the mixture to about 1-inch thick.
06 - Drizzle with room temperature caramel sauce and lightly swirl using a knife or spatula.
07 - Chill the fudge until set.
08 - Once ready, slice into 1-inch squares.
09 - Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.

Notes:

01 - This fudge is super rich and sweet. It's a great treat for special occasions or as a gift. The white chocolate and pecan combo is really yummy, and the caramel swirl adds a nice touch.
