Watergate Salad (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 (3.4 oz) package instant pistachio pudding mix.

1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, not drained.

2 cups mini marshmallows.

1/2 cup pecans, chopped.

1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip, thawed.
Instructions:

In a large bowl, mix together the pistachio pudding mix, crushed pineapple (including juice), mini marshmallows, and chopped pecans until well combined.

Gently fold in the thawed Cool Whip until the mixture is smooth and evenly combined.
