Cheesy Beef Cake (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 lb ground beef.

1/2 tsp garlic powder.

1/2 tsp onion powder.

Salt and pepper to taste.

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded.

1/2 cup cream cheese, softened.

1/4 cup sour cream.

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce.

1/4 cup ketchup.

2 tbsp mustard.

1 sheet of pie crust or puff pastry.
Instructions:

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Roll out your pie crust or puff pastry and fit it into the bottom of a greased 9-inch round cake pan, trimming any excess dough.

In a bowl, mix the ground beef with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Press the beef mixture evenly on top of the pastry in the pan.

Bake for 15 minutes, then carefully drain any excess grease from the pan.

In a separate bowl, mix together cheddar cheese, cream cheese, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, and mustard until smooth.

Spread the cheese mixture over the cooked beef in the pan.

Return the pan to the oven and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and the pastry edges are golden brown.

Let the dish cool for 5 minutes before carefully inverting it onto a plate to serve, making it “upside-down.”.
