Tropical Pineapple Fluff Delight (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 box (3.4 ounce) vanilla instant pudding mix.
02 - 1 20-ounce can crushed pineapple with juice (do NOT drain).
03 - 1 8-ounce container Cool Whip, thawed.
04 - 2 cups miniature marshmallows.
05 - 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut.
06 - ½ cup chopped pecans, optional.

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, stir together the dry pudding mix and the entire can of crushed pineapple with juice until well combined.
02 - Gently fold in the Cool Whip, marshmallows, coconut, and pecans (if using).
03 - Cover the bowl with a lid or plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours prior to serving.

Notes:

01 - This dessert is a no-bake, light, and creamy fluff that is perfect for spring or any holiday gathering.
02 - Adding chopped pecans is optional but highly recommended for added texture and flavor.
03 - The dessert can be served as either a side dish or a dessert.
