Taco-Soup (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb hamburger meat.
02 - 2 packets taco seasoning.
03 - 1 packet dry ranch seasoning.
04 - 1 can diced tomatoes.
05 - 1 can corn.
06 - 1 can black beans.
07 - 1 can kidney beans.
08 - 1 can Rotel.
09 - 1 can tomato sauce.

Instructions:

01 - In a skillet, cook the hamburger meat over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
02 - Add the cooked hamburger meat to a large pot.
03 - Add the diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, kidney beans, Rotel, and tomato sauce to the pot.
04 - Sprinkle in the 2 packets of taco seasoning and the dry ranch seasoning.
05 - Stir all ingredients together until well combined.
06 - Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium heat.
07 - Reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
08 - Ladle the soup into bowls.
09 - Top with sour cream, shredded cheese, and jalapeƱos as desired.
