Taco Skillet (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound lean ground beef.
02 - 5 cups green cabbage, shredded or chopped.
03 - 1/4 cup low carb taco seasoning.
04 - 1 Tbsp dry minced onion.
05 - 1/4 cup water.
06 - 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Brown hamburger in a large skillet. Drain off any fat.
02 - Stir in the cabbage, taco seasoning, dry onion, and water. Cook and stir till cabbage is crisp tender.
03 - Sprinkle with cheese. Cover pan with a lid and cook for 5-10 minutes or till cheese is melted.
04 - Serve immediately.

01 - A simple and quick skillet meal combining ground beef with seasoned cabbage and melted cheese. Ideal for a low-carb diet.
