Appetizer, Snack, Taco (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb ground beef.
02 - 1 packet taco seasoning.
03 - 1/2 cup water.
04 - 24 wonton wrappers.
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
06 - 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese.
07 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes.
08 - 1/2 cup shredded lettuce.
09 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives.
10 - 1/4 cup chopped green onions.
11 - Sour cream and salsa for topping.

Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly coat a 12-cup muffin pan with oil.
02 - In a large frying pan on medium heat, cook the beef until browned; drain the fat. Mix in the taco seasoning and water, allowing it to thicken, then set aside.
03 - Press a wonton wrapper into each muffin section, ensuring it lines the bottom and sides. Place a spoonful of the spiced beef in each, topping with cheddar and Monterey Jack.
04 - Gently lay another wonton wrapper over each and repeat the beef and cheese layering.
05 - Bake until the wrappers are crispy and the cheese is bubbly, approximately 10-12 minutes.
06 - Let the cupcakes cool slightly in the pan before transferring them to a platter.
07 - Adorn each with diced tomatoes, shredded lettuce, sliced olives, and chopped green onions. Finish with a dollop of sour cream and salsa.
