Macaroni Salad (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound elbow macaroni.
02 - 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.
03 - 1 cup sweetened condensed milk.
04 - 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper.
07 - 2 carrots, shredded.
08 - 1 green pepper, finely chopped.
09 - 1 red bell pepper, finely chopped.
10 - 1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped.

Instructions:

01 - Cook pasta according to directions on the box, then drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Add in shredded carrots, finely chopped green bell pepper, finely chopped red bell pepper, finely chopped yellow onion, and cooled pasta.
04 - Toss well until everything is coated, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
