Macaroni Salad (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 pound elbow macaroni.

1 1/2 cups mayonnaise.

1 cup sweetened condensed milk.

2/3 cup apple cider vinegar.

1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 -
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper.

2 carrots, shredded.

1 green pepper, finely chopped.

1 red bell pepper, finely chopped.
10 -
1/2 yellow onion, finely chopped.
Instructions:

Cook pasta according to directions on the box, then drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweetened condensed milk, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper until smooth.

Add in shredded carrots, finely chopped green bell pepper, finely chopped red bell pepper, finely chopped yellow onion, and cooled pasta.

Toss well until everything is coated, then refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.
