Ingredients:

01 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup sour cream.
03 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise.
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup chopped baby bella mushrooms.
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.
08 - 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley.
09 - Salt and pepper to taste.
10 - 1/4 cup breadcrumbs (optional, for topping).
11 - Chopped parsley for garnish.

Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a baking dish with butter or cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Stir until the mixture is smooth and well blended.
03 - Mix in the grated Parmesan and shredded mozzarella cheeses until fully incorporated.
04 - Stir in the chopped mushrooms, minced garlic, and chopped parsley. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
