Strawberry-Fluff-Salad (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 3 ounces strawberry Jell-O Mix (1 box).
02 - 1 cup hot water.
03 - 1/2 cup cold water.
04 - 3.4 ounces instant vanilla pudding (1 box).
05 - 8 ounces whipped topping (like Cool Whip) (1 tub).
06 - 24 ounces fresh strawberries, hulled, halved, and sliced.
07 - 20 ounces crushed pineapple, drained.
08 - 10 ounces mini marshmallows (1 bag).

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, dissolve the strawberry Jell-O mix in hot water, stirring until completely dissolved. Then add cold water and stir. Place the bowl in the refrigerator to chill for 15-20 minutes.
02 - After chilling, add the instant vanilla pudding mix to the bowl and whisk to combine.
03 - Return the bowl to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes.
04 - Once chilled, remove from the refrigerator. Fold in the Cool Whip with a rubber spatula until no streaks of white remain.
05 - Add the fresh strawberries, crushed pineapple, and mini marshmallows to the bowl and fold to combine.
06 - Place the bowl back in the refrigerator and chill for an additional 2 hours to allow the cream to thicken. The flavors will meld together and taste even better as it chills.
