Dessert, Sweet Treat, Cheesecake Tacos (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup graham cracker crumbs.
02 - 1/4 cup melted butter.
03 - 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
04 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
05 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
06 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1 cup heavy cream.
08 - 1 cup diced strawberries.
09 - 6 small flour tortillas.
10 - Oil for frying.

Instructions:

01 - In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and granulated sugar until combined. Set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
03 - Spoon the cheesecake filling into the center of each tortilla. Top with diced strawberries. Fold the tortillas into taco shapes and secure with toothpicks if necessary.
04 - Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Fry the tacos until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and drain on paper towels.
05 - Roll the fried tacos in the graham cracker mixture to coat.
06 - Serve the tacos warm, with extra cheesecake filling or strawberries on the side if desired.
