Strawberry Chimichangas (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 8 flour tortillas.
02 - 1 cup cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
04 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
05 - 1 cup strawberry pie filling.
06 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
07 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
08 - 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
02 - In a medium bowl, mix the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
03 - Spread a generous amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each tortilla, leaving a small border around the edges.
04 - Add a spoonful of strawberry pie filling in the center of each tortilla.
05 - Roll up the tortillas tightly and place them seam side down in a greased baking dish.
06 - Brush the tops of the roll-ups with melted butter.
07 - In a small bowl, mix granulated sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle over the roll-ups.
08 - Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
09 - Allow the roll-ups to cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

01 - Serve with a dollop of whipped cream or a drizzle of chocolate sauce for extra indulgence.
