Strawberry Cheesecake (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 8 ounces cream cheese.
02 - ¼ cup sour cream.
03 - ¼ cup sugar.
04 - 1 cup chopped strawberries.
05 - 4 medium-sized tortillas.
06 - 2 tablespoons melted butter.
07 - 2 tablespoons granulated sugar.
08 - ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon.

Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, and sugar. Mix until smooth. Gently fold in the chopped strawberries.
02 - Lay a tortilla flat and place a scoop of the strawberry cream cheese mixture in the center. Fold in the sides and roll it up like a burrito. Tip: Spread a small amount of the cream cheese mixture along the edge of the tortilla to seal it.
03 - Place the strawberry cheesecake burritos in the air fryer. Cook the chimichangas at 350°F (175°C) for 10-12 minutes.
04 - Once cooked, remove them from the air fryer and brush each one with melted butter. Combine the granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a shallow plate. Roll the chimichangas in the cinnamon sugar mixture until fully coated.
