Garlic Steakburger (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 pounds ground beef chuck.
02 - 1 1/2 teaspoons salt.
03 - 1 teaspoon ground black pepper.
04 - 1/4 teaspoon onion salt.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt.
06 - 1/2 cup butter.
07 - 2 teaspoons minced garlic.
08 - 8 slices American cheese.
09 - 4 hamburger buns.

Instructions:

01 - Divide the ground chuck into 8 small balls. Combine the salt, black pepper, onion salt, and garlic salt in a small bowl to make the burger seasoning.
02 - In a small saucepan, melt the butter and add the minced garlic. Heat the mixture for 3 to 5 minutes until fragrant.
03 - Brush the garlic butter onto the hamburger buns. Toast the buns on a skillet until they begin to brown.
04 - Brush a small amount of the garlic butter onto each ground beef ball and sprinkle with garlic salt. Heat a grill or skillet to medium-high heat. Place the ground beef balls on the heated surface and press them into thin patties with a spatula. Season the patties with the prepared salt mixture. Flip the burgers when one side is cooked, and add a slice of American cheese to each patty.
05 - Stack half of the burger patties on top of the other to create double patties. Place the patties onto the prepared buns. Dress the burgers with your desired toppings.
