05 - 1 tbsp cooking oil.
06 - 1/4 cup mayo.
07 - 2 tbsp ketchup.
08 - 1 tbsp mustard.
09 - 1 tbsp pickle relish.
10 - 1 cup shredded lettuce.
11 - 1 large tomato, sliced.
12 - 6 pickle slices.

Instructions:

01 - Combine mayonnaise, ketchup, mustard, and relish in a bowl to prepare your sauce, if desired.
02 - Warm a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat.
03 - Divide the ground beef into six portions, flatten each onto a tortilla evenly, and season with your preferred seasoning mix.
04 - Lightly oil your cooking surface.
05 - Place the tortillas beef-side down, cooking for about two minutes.
06 - Flip the tortillas over, promptly add cheddar cheese on top of the beef, and cook until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese has melted.
07 - Top with shredded lettuce, tomato slices, and pickles.
08 - Fold the tortillas into taco shapes and serve immediately while hot.

Notes:

01 - For extra flavor, you can use a blend of spices in the seasoning mix, such as garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika.
02 - The sauce is optional but adds a creamy and tangy layer to the tacos.
