Ingredients:

01 - 1 1/2 cups water.
02 - 2 packets chicken gravy mix.
03 - 1 1/4 cup Condensed Chicken Soup.
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper.
08 - 3 whole chicken breasts, boneless skinless (about a pound).
09 - 1/2 cup sour cream.

Instructions:

01 - Season the chicken breasts with garlic powder, black pepper, and salt.
02 - In the slow cooker, whisk together the water, gravy packets, condensed chicken soup, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and pepper until smooth.
03 - Add the chicken breasts to the slow cooker and flip them on both sides to coat well with the gravy mixture.
04 - Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours until the chicken is tender.
05 - When done, carefully remove the chicken, and shred or cut it as desired.
06 - Whisk the sour cream into the gravy mixture in the slow cooker until smooth.
07 - Serve the gravy over the chicken.

Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure the chicken is fully coated with the gravy mixture before cooking.
02 - The sour cream adds a rich, creamy finish to the gravy, balancing the savory flavors.
