Slow Cooker Recipes (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 2 lbs kielbasa sausage, sliced into 1/2-inch pieces.
02 - 1 cup brown sugar.
03 - 1/2 cup ketchup.
04 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.

Instructions:

01 - Place sliced kielbasa in an even layer at the bottom of the slow cooker.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until well combined.
03 - Pour the sauce over the kielbasa and gently toss to ensure each piece is coated.
04 - Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4-6 hours, or on high for 2-3 hours, until the kielbasa is tender and flavors are melded.
05 - Give the kielbasa a final gentle stir before serving, ensuring each piece is coated in sauce. Serve warm, straight from the slow cooker.
