Sloppy Joe Casserole (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef.
02 - 1 cup diced yellow onion.
03 - 24 oz can original Manwich sauce.
04 - 15 oz can original Manwich sauce.
05 - 12 oz package farfalle (bowtie) noodles, cooked al dente.
06 - 8 oz package shredded Velveeta.
07 - 8 oz package shredded Colby-Jack cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly spray a 9×13 baking dish with cooking spray and set it aside.
02 - In a large pot (about 4-5 quarts), cook the ground beef and diced onion over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onions are soft. Drain any excess grease, then return the beef and onions to the pot.
03 - Stir in both cans of Manwich sauce, the cooked bowtie noodles, and the shredded Velveeta. Mix everything together until well blended.
04 - Pour the sloppy joe mixture into the prepared 9×13 baking dish.
05 - Sprinkle the shredded Colby-Jack cheese evenly over the top of the casserole.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cheese on top is melted and bubbly.
07 - Once done baking, remove the casserole from the oven and let it cool slightly before serving.
