Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound ground beef sausage.
02 - 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened.
03 - 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 pound large fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded.
05 - 1 (8 ounce) bottle ranch dressing (Optional).

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
02 - Place the ground sausage in a skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until the sausage is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease and transfer the cooked sausage to a large bowl.
03 - In the bowl, mix together the cooked sausage, softened cream cheese, and shredded Parmesan cheese until well combined.
04 - Spoon about 1 tablespoon of the sausage mixture into each halved and seeded jalapeño pepper. Arrange the stuffed jalapeños in a baking dish, ensuring they are placed close together to prevent tipping.
05 - Bake the stuffed jalapeños in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the filling is bubbly and lightly browned.
06 - Serve hot, with ranch dressing on the side if desired.
