Breakfast, Brunch, Sliders, Easy Recipe (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 24 ounces ground pork sausage (2 breakfast sausage rolls, like Jimmy Dean).
02 - 12 Hawaiian buns (or other slider buns).
03 - 8 large eggs, scrambled.
04 - 6 slices pepper jack cheese.
05 - 8 slices American cheese.
06 - 1/2 cup butter, melted.
07 - 1/4 cup maple syrup.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F.
02 - Warm a large skillet over medium heat. Form the sausage into 12 patties, each slightly larger than one dinner roll. Add the sausage patties to the skillet and cook until they are completely cooked through.
03 - Using a serrated knife, cut the rolls in half lengthwise without breaking them apart. Place the bottom half of the rolls in a 7x10-inch or 9x13-inch baking dish. Set the tops aside.
04 - Scoop the scrambled eggs onto the bottom rolls and top with pepper jack cheese. Place the sausage patties on top of the pepper jack, then add the American cheese slices. Carefully place the top buns over the cheese and sausage.
05 - Combine the melted butter and maple syrup in a small bowl. Brush this mixture over the tops of the rolls, allowing the sauce to drip down the sides and into the bottom. Use the entire amount.
06 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and melted.
07 - Serve the sliders warm and enjoy!.
