Salisbury Meatballs (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 package (about 1 lb) frozen meatballs (beef, turkey, or vegetarian options).

1 packet brown gravy mix.

1 packet French onion soup mix.

Water (according to the gravy mix instructions).

4 large potatoes, peeled and chopped.

1/2 cup butter.

Instructions:

In a large skillet, cook the frozen meatballs according to package instructions until browned and cooked through.

Mix the brown gravy mix and French onion soup mix with water as per the gravy mix instructions.

Pour the gravy mixture over the cooked meatballs in the skillet. Simmer the meatballs in the sauce until the sauce thickens slightly and coats the meatballs evenly.

While the meatballs are simmering, boil the chopped potatoes in a large pot of salted water until fork-tender.
