Ingredients:

1 cup sour cream.

1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.

10.5 oz cream of chicken soup with herbs.

3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced.

2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed.

½ cup butter, melted.
Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 350℉ and grease a 2-quart (or 8-inch) baking dish with cooking spray.

In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well blended.

Fold in the cooked chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated with the mixture.

Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.

Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the top of the casserole.

Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the crushed crackers.

Bake the casserole uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the Ritz cracker topping is golden and the casserole is bubbly and hot in the center.
