Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup sour cream.
02 - 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning.
03 - 10.5 oz cream of chicken soup with herbs.
04 - 3 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced.
05 - 2 sleeves Ritz crackers, crushed.
06 - ½ cup butter, melted.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350℉ and grease a 2-quart (or 8-inch) baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, combine the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and Italian seasoning. Mix until well blended.
03 - Fold in the cooked chicken, ensuring it is evenly coated with the mixture.
04 - Pour the chicken mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
05 - Sprinkle the crushed Ritz crackers over the top of the casserole.
06 - Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the crushed crackers.
07 - Bake the casserole uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the Ritz cracker topping is golden and the casserole is bubbly and hot in the center.

Notes:

01 - For a bit of extra flavor, you can add a cup of shredded cheese to the chicken mixture before baking.
02 - This casserole pairs well with a fresh green salad or steamed vegetables.
