Reuben Roll Ups (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated crescent rolls (8 count).
02 - 1/2 cup Thousand Island dressing.
03 - 4 oz corned beef.
04 - 4 oz Swiss cheese.
05 - 1 cup sauerkraut, drained and lightly squeezed dry.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Unroll and divide the crescent rolls into 8 individual pieces.
03 - On each crescent roll, place 1 tablespoon of Thousand Island dressing. Add 1/2 oz corned beef, 1/2 oz Swiss cheese, and 2 tablespoons sauerkraut. Roll up each crescent roll tightly and place on a parchment-lined baking pan.
04 - Bake in the preheated oven for 13-15 minutes, or until the crescent rolls are lightly browned.
05 - Serve warm with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
