Ingredients:

01 - ½ cup unsalted butter.
02 - ⅓ cup light brown sugar, packed.
03 - 1 cup all-purpose flour.
04 - ½ teaspoon pumpkin pie spice.
05 - Pinch of fine sea salt.
06 - 1 cup pumpkin pie filling.
07 - 11 ounces butterscotch chips.
08 - 1 cup toffee bits.
09 - 2 cups chopped pecans.
10 - 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk.
11 - 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon.
12 - ⅛ teaspoon nutmeg.
13 - ¼ teaspoon ground ginger.
14 - ¼ teaspoon ground cloves.
15 - ½ teaspoon ground allspice.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and line an 11x7 baking dish with foil. Spray it with cooking spray and set aside.
02 - In a large bowl, cream together the butter and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes.
03 - Add the flour, pumpkin pie spice, and sea salt to the mixture. Mix until well combined.
04 - Press the mixture evenly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes, or until the crust is lightly browned.
05 - Spread the pumpkin pie filling on top of the crust.
06 - Layer the butterscotch chips evenly on top of the pumpkin, followed by the toffee bits and chopped pecans.
07 - Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the layers.
08 - Bake for an additional 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden brown.
09 - Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan, then refrigerate before cutting into bars.
