Polish Sausage, Sauerkraut, And Potatoes (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb sauerkraut, drained.
02 - 1 onion, chopped.
03 - Salt, pepper, caraway.
04 - 1 lb Polish sausage, sliced.
05 - 1 lb potatoes, peeled and diced.
06 - 2 cloves garlic, minced.

Instructions:

01 - Heat a large pan over medium heat and brown the sausage slices thoroughly until they are golden and slightly crisp.
02 - Add the chopped onions and minced garlic to the pan, cooking until they become translucent and fragrant.
03 - Mix in the diced potatoes and drained sauerkraut, seasoning with salt, pepper, and caraway to taste.
04 - Cover the skillet with a lid and let the mixture simmer for approximately 20 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and the flavors have melded together.
05 - Serve the dish hot, optionally garnished with fresh parsley for added flavor.
