Pizza Sliders (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
02 - 3 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil.
03 - 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar.
04 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted.
05 - 1 clove garlic, minced.
06 - 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon cracked red pepper flakes.
08 - 1 package (12 count) sweet Hawaiian rolls.
09 - 1 cup marinara sauce, divided.
10 - 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided.
11 - 14 ounce jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained and chopped.
12 - 1 small green bell pepper, seeded and diced very small.
13 - 4 ounces sliced pepperoni.
14 - 2.25 ounce can sliced black olives, drained.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the grated Parmesan, olive oil, vinegar, butter, garlic, oregano, and red pepper flakes.
03 - Do not pull the rolls apart. Instead, using a large serrated knife, slice the rolls in half (like you would a bagel) so you have a top and bottom 'slab.'.
04 - Place the bottom layer into the prepared baking pan, cut side up, then spread with half of the marinara sauce.
05 - Top with 1 cup of the mozzarella cheese, artichoke hearts, bell pepper, pepperoni, olives, and finish with the remaining 1 cup shredded cheese.
06 - Spread the remaining marinara sauce on the cut side of the top slab of rolls and place onto the sandwiches.
07 - Slowly and evenly pour the oil/butter mixture over the rolls. Let stand for 5 minutes.
08 - Cover the pan with foil. Bake for 18-20 minutes.
09 - Remove the foil from the baking pan, return the sliders to the oven and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes until rolls are golden.
10 - Let rest for 5 or so minutes, then cut into individual sandwiches and serve immediately.
