Ingredients:

01 - 1 package (12 oz) cheese tortellini.
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
03 - 1 large onion, sliced.
04 - 1 green bell pepper, sliced.
05 - 2 cups sliced mushrooms.
06 - 1 pound thinly sliced beef steak.
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/4 teaspoon pepper.
09 - 1 cup beef broth.
10 - 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce.
11 - 1 cup shredded provolone cheese.

Instructions:

01 - Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add onions, bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until vegetables are tender.
03 - Increase heat to medium-high, add beef steak to the skillet, and season with salt and pepper. Cook until beef is browned.
