Pepperoni Rolls (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 can refrigerated pizza dough.
02 - 1 package (8 oz) sliced pepperoni.
03 - 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
05 - 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted.
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder.
07 - 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning.
08 - Marinara sauce, for dipping.

Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
02 - Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface to create a large rectangle.
03 - Layer the pepperoni slices over the dough, leaving a small border around the edges.
04 - Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the pepperoni.
05 - Roll the dough tightly from one lengthwise edge to form a log, pinching the seams to seal.
06 - Slice the log into 1-inch pieces and place each piece cut-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
07 - Brush the tops of the rolls with melted butter, then sprinkle with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
08 - Bake in the preheated oven for 15-18 minutes or until golden and the cheese is bubbling.
09 - Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.
