Peppermint Oreo Bark (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 30 ounces white vanilla candy melts.
02 - 1/2 cup chocolate candy melts.
03 - 20 Oreo cookies, crushed and divided.
04 - 1/4 cup crushed peppermint candies.

Instructions:

01 - Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - Melt white candy melts in microwave until smooth.
03 - Separately melt chocolate candy melts.
04 - Mix 3/4 cup crushed Oreos into white chocolate.
05 - Spread mixture on sheet about 1/4-inch thick.
06 - Top with remaining Oreos and peppermint.
07 - Drizzle with melted chocolate.
08 - Chill 15-20 minutes until set.
09 - Break into pieces.
