Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1/2 cup (128g) creamy peanut butter.

1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened.

3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar.

3/4 cup (165g) light brown sugar, packed.

2 large eggs.

1 teaspoon vanilla extract.

2 1/4 cups (281g) all-purpose flour.

1 teaspoon baking powder.

1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt.

1 1/2 cups (255g) peanut butter chips.

1 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips.
Instructions:

Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.

Mix flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a big bowl. Set aside.

In another bowl, mix softened butter and peanut butter till smooth.

Add white and brown sugar bit by bit, mixing till it's light and fluffy.

Put in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.

Slowly mix dry stuff into wet stuff till just combined.

Gently add peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.

Press dough evenly into the pan.

Bake for 25-30 minutes till edges are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.

Let it cool in the pan, then lift out with parchment paper and cut into squares.
