Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookie Bars (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1/2 cup (128g) creamy peanut butter.
02 - 1/2 cup (113g) unsalted butter, softened.
03 - 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar.
04 - 3/4 cup (165g) light brown sugar, packed.
05 - 2 large eggs.
06 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract.
07 - 2 1/4 cups (281g) all-purpose flour.
08 - 1 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt.
10 - 1 1/2 cups (255g) peanut butter chips.
11 - 1 1/2 cups (255g) semi-sweet chocolate chips.

Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a 9x13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
02 - Mix flour, baking powder, and sea salt in a big bowl. Set aside.
03 - In another bowl, mix softened butter and peanut butter till smooth.
04 - Add white and brown sugar bit by bit, mixing till it's light and fluffy.
05 - Put in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla extract.
06 - Slowly mix dry stuff into wet stuff till just combined.
07 - Gently add peanut butter chips and chocolate chips.
08 - Press dough evenly into the pan.
09 - Bake for 25-30 minutes till edges are golden and a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
10 - Let it cool in the pan, then lift out with parchment paper and cut into squares.

Notes:

01 - These bars are super tasty and easy to make. They're great for parties or just as a treat. You can store 'em in an airtight container for a few days, if they last that long!.
