Paula Deen's 5 Minute Fudge (Print Version)
Ingredients:

1 2/3 cups white sugar.

2/3 cup evaporated milk.

1 tablespoon unsalted butter.

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1 (6 ounce) package milk chocolate chips.

16 large marshmallows.

1 cup chopped nuts.

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, mix together 1 2/3 cups white sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir continuously while bringing it to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in the 6 ounces of milk chocolate chips and keep cooking until they're completely melted.

Take the mixture off the heat, then fold in 16 large marshmallows, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup chopped nuts until well combined.

Pour the fudge mixture into an 8-inch pan and let it cool before cutting it into squares.
