Paula Deen's 5 Minute Fudge (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 2/3 cups white sugar.
02 - 2/3 cup evaporated milk.
03 - 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1 (6 ounce) package milk chocolate chips.
06 - 16 large marshmallows.
07 - 1 cup chopped nuts.
08 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.

Instructions:

01 - In a medium saucepan, mix together 1 2/3 cups white sugar, 2/3 cup evaporated milk, 1 tablespoon unsalted butter, and 1/2 teaspoon salt. Stir continuously while bringing it to a boil. Cook for 5 minutes.
02 - Stir in the 6 ounces of milk chocolate chips and keep cooking until they're completely melted.
03 - Take the mixture off the heat, then fold in 16 large marshmallows, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, and 1 cup chopped nuts until well combined.
04 - Pour the fudge mixture into an 8-inch pan and let it cool before cutting it into squares.

Notes:

01 - This fudge recipe is quick to make and perfect for chocolate lovers. It's best to let it cool completely before cutting for clean, neat squares.
