Paula Deen Fudge (Print Version)
Ingredients:

2/3 cup evaporated milk.

1 cup chopped pecans.

1 tablespoon unsalted butter.

16 large marshmallows.

6 ounces milk chocolate chips.

1 2/3 cups white sugar.

1/2 teaspoon salt.

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
Instructions:

In a medium saucepan, mix the white sugar, evaporated milk, unsalted butter, and salt.

Heat the pan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a boil, stirring all the time. Let it boil for 5 minutes.

Add the milk chocolate chips and keep stirring until they're all melted and mixed in.

Take the pan off the heat and stir in the marshmallows, vanilla extract, and chopped pecans until everything's well combined.

Pour the mixture into an 8-inch pan, spreading it out evenly.

Let the fudge cool completely before cutting it into squares.
Notes:

This fudge is pretty sweet and rich. It's best to store it in an airtight container in the fridge. You can swap pecans for other nuts if you prefer.
