Frosting, Sauce, Dessert Topping (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 10 Oreo cookies.
02 - 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks), room temperature.
03 - 2 ½ cups powdered sugar.
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
05 - 1 pinch salt or to taste.
06 - 2 tablespoons heavy whipping cream.

Instructions:

01 - Add the Oreo cookies to a food processor and process until they form fine crumbs.
02 - In a large bowl, beat butter with a hand mixer until light and fluffy, 2-3 minutes.
03 - Add powdered sugar, one cup at a time, until combined.
04 - Beat in vanilla extract, cookie crumbs, and a pinch of salt.
05 - Add the cream a little at a time, and continue beating on high speed until light and fluffy. Continue adding cream until the desired texture and firmness is reached.
