Classic Burgers (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound (450g) ground beef.
02 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning.
03 - Salt and pepper, to taste.
04 - 4 hamburger buns.
05 - 1 cup (240ml) marinara sauce.
06 - 1 1/2 cups (180g) shredded mozzarella cheese.
07 - Your favorite pizza toppings (e.g., pepperoni slices, sliced olives, sliced bell peppers).

Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with Italian seasoning. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
02 - Divide the seasoned beef into 4 equal portions and shape them into burger patties.
03 - Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the burger patties for about 3-4 minutes per side for medium-rare to medium doneness. Adjust the cooking time to your preference.
04 - While the patties are cooking, split the hamburger buns and lightly toast them on the grill or in a toaster.
05 - When the burger patties are almost done, top each patty with a generous spoonful of marinara sauce and sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
06 - Add your favorite pizza toppings to each burger patty, then cover the grill or skillet and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
07 - Place each pizza burger on a toasted hamburger bun and serve hot.

Notes:

01 - You can add toppings like pepperoni, olives, and bell peppers to customize your pizza burgers.
02 - Serve these with fries or a side salad for a complete meal.
03 - Use freshly shredded mozzarella for the best melting consistency.
