Butterbeer (Print Version)

Ingredients:

01 - Vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
02 - 1/2 cup butterscotch syrup.
03 - 1 bottle cream soda.
04 - 1 pinch nutmeg.

Instructions:

01 - Spoon vanilla ice cream or lightly sweetened whipped cream into two glasses.
02 - Pour the butterscotch syrup over the cream.
03 - Slowly pour in the cream soda, waiting for the fizz to settle down before adding more.
04 - Sprinkle the top with nutmeg and serve.
